returns

• you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• pieces must be unworn, with tags, in original condition.
• to start a return, email aitobyaito@gmail.com with your order number.
• return postage is paid by you, unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one — then it’s on us.
• refunds go back to the original payment method once the return arrives and passes inspection.
• if you would like to exchange an item for a different size, email aitobyaito@gmail.com to receive exchange instructions.

not sure about the size?

this is the question we get most. every garment page carries its own flat measurements. if you’re still between two, email us before you order — it’s quicker than a return.
